Program Assistant, RN (Administrative)

SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Associate Dean, Nursing Academics, the Program Assistant is responsible for the day to day clinical program functions of the Nursing department that includes faculty and student clinical placement processes, record keeping and data entry; performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential, and complex administrative support tasks to generate clinical placement reports, data entry of health and safety records management for students and faculty; maintains and updates the clinical facilities and community service agency contact list; monitors, maintains and keeps current clinical facility and community service agency contracts; processes a considerable amount of confidential and sensitive information in support of the clinical processes; organizes and coordinates the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings and activities; assists with Program-specific research, tracking, and data entry.
