Advisor, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning - MOMENTUM (Project Management)
Summary
Save the Children is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor for the anticipated MOMENTUM Program which will focus on building the capacity, sustainability and resilience of local partner institutions to advance the scale-up of evidence-based approaches and intervention to strengthen MNCH/FP/RH service delivery in fragile settings. The program will support countries early in their journey to self-reliance to overcome the impacts of fragility on the population's health. At the global level, the program will contribute to the preliminary learning on best practices and approaches for strengthening health service delivery and building resilience in fragile settings through the development and implementation of a robust learning agenda.
The MEL Advisor develops, implements, and continuously improves Monitoring and Evaluation systems for all project activities. This person will incorporate best practices to ensure information collected is accurate and timely, and disseminated appropriately in high quality reports. The Advisor will use these findings to improve the program and contribute to global learning on strengthening MNCH/FP/RH service delivery and resiliency in fragile settings. This person will also be actively involved in promoting learning through documentation of lessons learned and developing approaches for community analysis and using data for decision making.
This position is contingent upon donor approval and funding.
