Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate verbally to groups and individuals and enjoy being with childrenMust be able to physically perform scope of job; sit and stand for periods of timeMust be able to lift 50#Experience with children in a child care facility or experience in babysittingCPR certification and Blood Borne Pathogens training
Performance Objectives:
Children are only returned to the parent who checked in the child.Children have a fun and safe experience. Accidents are kept at a minimumChildren learn positive values: caring, honest, respect, responsibility and faithParents give the program excellent service and quality ratingsFacilities and equipment are clean and well maintained at the highest levelAll emergencies or accidents are reported immediately to parents, supervisor or Director on DutyParents want to be involved as volunteers in the YMCA
