Specific knowledge of bankruptcy filing and procedure required, along with experience e-filing in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Ability to create and format pleadings and legal documents, and knowledge of electronic file retention and organization required. Outstanding capabilities working collaboratively in a team setting, facilitating the meeting of deadlines by keeping calendars and providing timely reminders along with organizational, administrative, typing, spelling, proofreading, and grammar skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, are essential.
