Benefits and Compensation Administrator (Finance)
Manage all employee benefit and compensation programs for the Arbor Day Foundation, resulting in the ability to provide competitive salary and benefits that are value added and appropriately delivered and communicated to each employee.
Serve as a consulting resource for employees on benefit options, enrollment process, and any changes that are needed.
Research, review, and implement changes to benefits and compensation plans, and conduct analysis of benefit plan participation and usage.
Monitor and reconcile benefit accounts and invoices ensuring accurate information is retained in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain employee confidence by keeping benefit/payroll information confidential
Identifies legal requirements and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant with regulations.
Administer Worker's Compensation policy including authorization, reporting, and coordinating the return to work process.
Serve as the backup to payroll manager, ensuring appropriate coverage when necessary.
