Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator (Finance)
Responsibilities include coordination of the calendar, meeting preparation and communication with internal and external constituents. Also responsible for overall management of the 1787 Society for planned giving and the Inauguration program. This position will manage a variety of special projects from creation to completion that involve internal and external constituents. The Coordinator must be proficient in all policies, procedures, and operations of Institutional Advancement including the database - Advance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, prioritization, and project management skills are required as well as the ability to demonstrate strong teamwork, diplomacy, and technical ability. Travel, evening, and weekend work may be required.
Baccalaureate degree preferred. Work experience may be substituted for education requirement. 2-4 years of office experience.
