• Allocates Shared Services Mechanics To Reactive Maintenance Calls
• Identify Reactive Maintenance Trends To Develop And Implement Solutions
• Monitors And Drives Completion Of Planned Maintenance Schedules
• Develop And Deploy Technical Workshops
• Mentors And Trains Shared Services Mechanics

o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Associates degree in a related field highly desired as are Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer certification(s).
o At least 5 years experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role required.
o At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role required.
o Knowledge of machine tools and their use, mechanical aptitude, and program logic controls.
o Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs; ability to read and understand manuals and schematics.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; verbal communication skills a must.
o Basic to intermediate computer skills required (i.e. ability use email, word processing programs, spreadsheet programs, enter information into databases, etc).
o Ability to perform work with a high level of accuracy; detail oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities.
