IT Application Administrator (Finance)
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

About the Role
This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to monitoring, identifying, and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation
Job Duties and Responsibilities
a. Under immediate supervision performs daily monitoring of job movement through production applications
b. Under immediate supervision performs daily monitoring of application alerts and remediate issues
c. Under immediate supervision identify monitoring opportunities and coordinate the implementation
d. Under immediate supervision administer and support the various Premier application platforms, including SharePoint, MuleSoft, and custom-built applications
e. Under immediate supervision identify when reported issues are global in nature and escalate
f. Under immediate supervision assist in application upgrades, patching and server migrations
g. Under immediate supervision creates and escalate issues through the Premier ticketing system
h. Articulate to peers and leadership teams what impact existing production issues have to the business
i. Enable best practices
j. Will be included in an on-call rotation
k. Will be involved in Dev Ops and deployment automation
l. Assists with QA testing as needed
m. Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Combination of education/experience in software development and/or computer related field that would enable incumbent to meet essential duties and required competencies of the position is required.
- May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience, prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting application systems.
- Familiarity with windows domain and/or database experience/knowledge is necessary to perform essential functions and tasks of position.
- Proficiency of the English language.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate and work independently.
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly.
