The Aruba Global Services team is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Manager role. We are seeking an experienced customer support manager who wants to be a part of a fast-paced and challenging environment. Our ideal candidate will provide escalation-level support for the deployment and maintenance of Aruba Support Portal (ASP), License Management System (LMS), Case Management and My Networking Portal (MNP). This position reports into the Aruba Global Services organization and requires a person with in-depth understanding of licensing, SFDC and strong troubleshooting skills. In addition to the above, he/she will need to work with stakeholders across organizations to understand the current state of affairs and will work with the PLM team to come up with proposal for a future state License Mgmt and Case Mgmt functions, that would help with better customer experience.
