As Nestle Purina's Manufacturing Excellence Market Manager - Training & Competency Development, you'll be responsible to define and implement the strategy for skill development at the factory and corporate levels and drive the strategy to continuously improve a vertical and effective onboarding program for associates in all levels. You will also promote the integration of Nestle Continuous Excellence and TPM (Total Performance Management) practices in all division and factory roles in the most effective and efficient manner.
