Essential Functions - Performsadministrative and clerical tasks.
-Assists with initial client technical and operational discussions relating todata source integration.
-Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status ofprojects.
-Facilitates follow up calls and meetings.
-Scribing notes during meetings both internally and with customers.
-Performs documentation of client profile information in our system and allassociated client contacts for support matrix.
-Documents correspondence with clients and related activities in the Customer Trackingsystems.
- Assists with overseeing andmanagement of tasks related to project completion.
Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or educational equivalent. 3 years office experience. Intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company specific databases. Detailed knowledge of practices and procedures of departments. Good communication and analytical skills. Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment. Self-motivated. Position Summary Provides basic and some advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area. May be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties. May prepare reports, presentations or correspondence. Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks. May support in facilitating logistics of functional group. Works under general supervision.
