We are looking for a high-energy marketing professional that can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. You will be a member of Bebop's high-growth Sales Solutions business unit targeting new account acquisition for North America. Your ability to create, and drive, projects in demand generation, sales enablement (field marketing), and awareness creation will define your success. Besides solid experience and deep skills in these areas, you will need to rely on your ability to prioritize objectives, adjust to new situations, and exercise leadership within the marketing, sales, and product teams.
Responsibilities
Define the target market & personas within key industries for Bebop Sales Solutions
Refine and implement the ‘story', value proposition, key messages, voice, and personality for our campaigns so they deeply resonate with our target audiences.
Identify, produce if needed, and leverage compelling content that will be highly valuable to increase our audience understanding of our solutions and best practices.
Develop and execute a strategy and integrated marketing plan to generate leads for sales and build awareness for our sales solutions in key verticals.
Create, plan, and execute event, content, web, and social marketing efforts with a North America focus.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to tap into our partner ecosystem to drive awareness and demand generation.
Partner with our web marketing team to continue driving our scalable programs via our digital marketing efforts (SEM, SEO, PPC).
Work with our product marketing team to develop campaigns that are aligned with our go-to-market plans for new products and features
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing operations to drive meaningful reporting about lead generation, opportunity conversion, and win/loss from our CRM, marketing automation system, and data warehouse systems.
Maintain detailed funnel metrics to track progress and drive decisions.
Requirements
Have BA or BS degree; advanced degree is a plus
Have 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles connected to demand generation and awareness creation.
Extensive marketing programs management experience, including “performance” marketing and managing the business to a demand funnel. Emphasis on social, content, and digital marketing expertise.
Possess enterprise marketing experience and passion for SaaS solutions, software, tech, B2B internet products. CRM/SFA experience is a bonus.
A passion and keen sense for unearthing and structuring customer insights and turn them into programs that benefit our customers
Extensive experience in collaborating with enterprise sales teams as well as creative and marketing agencies
Use qualitative and quantitative research to drive product and marketing strategy
Excel at developing creative stories and compelling copy that articulate key product benefits to the right segments (strong copywriting skills)
Be highly creative, resourceful and like to have fun (i.e. a good sense of humor!)
