POSITION SUMMARY: Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants that want to work with a multi-disciplinary team which provides intensive, comprehensive community based services to youths ages eleven (11) to twenty-one (21). The Community Action Treatment Team (CAT) is a safe and effective alternative to out-of-home placement for children with serious behavioral health challenges. CAT supports the goals of the youth and family by enabling them to sustain themselves within their family system and community.
The Team Lead Program Director establishes, administers, and directs the Community Action Treatment Team (CAT) program, a self-contained integrated multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, intensive, community based treatment to families with children and youth at risk of out-of-home placement due to a mental health disorder. The Team Lead Program Director supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program participants; and functions as a practicing clinician on the team.
