Business Enablement Manager (Finance)

As the Business Enablement Manager within our IT Department, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and business alignment through modifications to platforms requested by the business and strategic technology initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to optimize business processes, facilitate technology adoption, and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.

Qualifications/Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in IT business analysis, project management, or similar roles, with a track record of successfully leading technology projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems: data, processes, and workflows.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are desirable.
• Experience in the audiovisual or technology integration industry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
