Fin Inst Policy Analyst III, Mergers & Acquisitions - Division of Supervision and Regulation (Finance)
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, public policy, economics or another related field and a minimum of 3 years' (FR-25), 4 years' (FR-26) or 5 years' (FR-27) of related experience.
The Mergers and Acquisitions section oversees the review of applications and notices regarding U.S. banks, bank holding companies, savings and loan holding companies, foreign banks with operations in the U.S., and international operations of U.S. banking organizations, under the relevant statutes and regulations. The Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Institution & Policy Analyst duties include analyzing financial, managerial, and safety and soundness considerations in mergers, acquisitions, and other proposals and providing written analyses and recommendations to management.
