Your day to day
Strategically develop and lead the PIP and Plan Review teams establishing greater consistency in process and direction across the region. Ensure that design and innovative strategies are developed into structurally safe designs and standards that are implemented and maintained by all assigned brands. Develop and maintain plans, budgets and measurement tools targeted to increase performance of key ownership groups. Work to maintain client relationships with Owners and Owner Representatives or Management Company Representatives, Key Accounts, and IHG Owner Association members.
What we need from you
Education – Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management or a related field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in the hospitality industry. Architectural or Interior Design License strongly preferred.
Experience – 10+ years progressive work related experience in architecture, design, construction, renovations, and/or a combination of education and work related experience in the hospitality industry with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to the position as well as 5 to 7 years managing teams and/or significant complex projects in hotel design, renovation and construction project management. Experience in luxury preferred.
