PURPOSE OF POSITION: To ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction in the Guest Service and Bell Departments. To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve the guest service goals by adhering to Service and Safety StandardsSPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent communication skillsMust have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritizeMust be 21 years of ageMust be able to lift 50 lbs. and carry luggage up stairs and in and out of vehiclesMust be computer literateMust have a valid drivers license and a clean driving recordMust be able to drive large company vehicles in all weather conditions JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction through optimal job performanceBe visible to guests, members and employees to assist in check-in and check-out procedures as neededBe aware of and apply the main points of Customer Services training as well as Safety and Departmental Policies and Procedures, job functionality and groomingAdhere to dress standards and maintain a clean, groomed appearanceDemonstrate proactive guest, member and employee problem resolution with urgency, respect and empathy. Document problems and supply feedback to managers and supervisorsKeep abreast of recreational activities, restaurants, safe driving practices, local events and schedules to ensure professional and accurate delivery of guest servicesFollow control checklistsComplete required vehicle and guest logbooks, inventories and suppliesCross train in all other bell positions and in related departmentsWork with other departments to foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperationIn addition to any tasks related to the operations including Front Desk
