Pratt & Whitney Control & Diagnostic Systems (CDS) is a dynamic engineering organization focused on the development and certification of military, commercial and industrial gas turbine engine control and diagnostic systems. CDS is responsible for all aspects of Pratt & Whitney engine control and diagnostic system development including requirements analysis & definition, system & software architecture, algorithm design, and product software design, verification & validation. CDS is looking for engineering interns supporting the various product development activities within the organization. The engineering work in this group offers an excellent opportunity to provide leadership and technical work in a very dynamic and challenging environment. Job responsibilities will involve working closely with engineering staff in the design and development of control and diagnostic system hardware and/or software. The candidate selected for this opportunity will be responsible for performing one or more of the following activities: hardware/software design studies, requirements analysis, simulation analysis to develop control logic designs, documenting the designs, and testing the final software in a bench environment.
