KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers

This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, guiding successful solution implementations, and conducting training for customers and field service teams. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving abilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and up-to-date industry knowledge. A high level of autonomy, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel up to 60% are essential for success in this role.YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Honeywell Experion
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise VMWare/virtualization
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in networking
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
