Business Analyst - International Business Development (Bilingual Spanish) (Information Technology)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and development of new and expansion of existing business, including operational plans, project plans, financial plans, models and budgets.
Gather and organize information on new and existing countries in which the company operates, new lines of business, competition and alternative offerings.
Analyze and report designated metrics and trends.
Prepare “bank/investor-quality” presentations for internal and external distribution.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; Masters of Business Administration preferred.
2+ years of professional experience in analytics field(s).
Strong analytical background working in reporting and data management. Experience serving reporting and analytical solution needs to senior management.
Operational financial modeling experience required along with presentation creation experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Technical skills to utilize the Bloomberg Terminal.
Language Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail with precise editing abilities.
Enthusiastic team player, familiar with multi-disciplined projects involving numerous critical tasks.
Ability to utilize graphics and other aids to clarify complex or technical information.
Ability to create graphics, overheads, or slides that display information clearly and with high impact.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as NPV's, IRR's, discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to understand business planning and budgeting.
Ability to apply principles of logical or financial thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Advanced abilities in completing data research, analysis and interpretation.
