A new Customer & Business Model Innovation function will be dedicated to proving validity and feasibility of new ideas for substantial top-line business growth. This test & learn team will focus on innovative, net new capabilities for Bose. The team will apply Agile practices and continue the new ways of working including intense collaboration, operating with speed and quality, and a commitment to drive Customer Value.
Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for monitoring scrum processes and coordinating Agile ceremonies, such as standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. He/she also ensures the team adheres to Agile principles, provides project management coaching and support, identifies and removes team impediments and manages team dynamics.
