As a Licensed Vocational Nurse on our night shift, you'll be the calm in the storm and the steady hand that ensures our residents receive top-tier care while the world sleeps. You'll:
- Provide direct nursing care and administer medications.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards.
- Current California LVN license.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
- A heart for healing and a passion for patient-centered care.
