Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Strategic Property Acquisitions, the Sales Support Specialist will focus on identifying business development opportunities related to new wireless infrastructure, including but not limited to: Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and New Tower Builds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Create site marketing materials for portfolio of properties.
Interface with existing landlords to procure necessary due diligence, and provide routine updates on assigned project(s) status.
Work collaboratively with Legal and other internal resources to facilitate property agreements.
Research property ownership to create directory of property owners and developers with contact and portfolio information.
Source opportunities through various government, communications and real estate online databases.
Prepare routine management reports for tracking the progress of business development opportunities.
Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties within the Strategic Property Acquisitions department.
Work with Corporate Communications and IT to create email marketing campaigns for potential customers.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
HS Diploma or GED required.
BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience required.
1+ years' experience in wireless development, real estate sales and/or site acquisitions.
Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Professional verbal, written and presentation communication skills, methods inclusive of short and long-form business analysis and plans, data presentation and analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.
Ability to tailor content to the level and experience of the audience, inclusive of Executives, internal and external partners, vendors and entities.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills with a commitment to professional development.
Ability to use multiple channels or means to communicate important messages (i.e. memos, meetings, electronic mail) across the organization.
Effective facilitation skills. Ability to facilitate individual and/or group discussions and negotiations.
