Patient Safety Specialist (Healthcare)
100% FTE, 1.0 position. Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. This position is remote for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Patient Safety Specialist to:
Education:
Minimum – Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare, Health Information Management, Science, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Preferred – Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Information Technology, Business or degree related to applicable department.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Two (2) years progressive experience in patient safety or facilitating interdisciplinary improvement teams in a healthcare setting, or other relevant experience
Preferred – Two (2) years of experience working directly with online safety-event reporting systems. Experience facilitating quality improvement in a healthcare setting
