You have a serious passion for college relations and for delivering a phenomenal candidate experience.
You are a natural multi-tasker - at ease with lots of initiatives going on at once.
You use data to help you tell your story and advise your stakeholders.
You question the status-quo - always looking for ways to improve upon the current state.
You can think big picture, but you also do not miss any of the little details that can make a big difference.
You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy being task oriented.
You are strong communicator and comfortable working with internal and external groups.
You have a minimum of 1-year work experience in College Recruiting and/or College Recruiting Coordinating.
You have a B.S in Business Management or a related discipline.
You get the Job Done
You are experienced with high volume recruiting for interns and co-ops.
You have coordinated and executed go-to campus recruiting activities to best engage a diverse candidate pipeline (career fairs, info sessions, on-campus interviews, affinity groups, hack-a-thons etc.)
You work with the College Relations Manager and target school contacts to align college recruiting efforts with business objectives and to identify the best opportunities to expand our presence and branding on-campus.
You embrace new technology and constantly look for ways to automate processes.
You feel totally comfortable navigating inside an ATS and other recruiting tools.
