Digital Marketing Analyst (Project Management)
The Digital Marketing Analyst role within the marketing and demand generation organization will focus on digital analysis to help uncover marketing trends, opportunities and developing reporting solutions for the ecommerce business unit. Advise ecommerce and demand channel managers through reporting insights, campaign management and promotional/shopping experience testing. Using raw data and marketing results, the Digital Marketing Analyst can translate into easily understood findings including preparation of executive summaries and ecommerce business reviews. Our ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM and multi touch attribution.
Essential Job Duties
Report on the state of the various E-commerce channels (ie: website trends and performance compared to previous year and plan) and create weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards. Publish monthly presentations of KPIs, business trends and campaign performance
Build digital measurement solutions within Google Analytics and in-house reporting tools to help team hit marketing goals
Analyze details of web metrics to identify trends, successes, site issues, opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Merchandising and IT to understand and identify opportunities to improve the online user experience that add customer value and improve conversion.
Work within the organization to recommend or improve current reporting
Ensure data quality of Google Analytics properties and adherence to Analytics requirements, including Google Tag Manager, data layer and schema best practices. Advise tagging enhancements to websites.
Keep current with emerging digital measurement solution trends and maintain in existing/implemented solutions
Report marketing spend and help lead multi touch attribution efforts with digital marketing team
Participate with team in planning measurement of digital A/B marketing test models.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis utilizing multiple data sources and tools while elevating findings to Demand Generation team and executive team
Proactively seek site performance data that supports changes to optimize customer experience
Work with Director of Demand Generation & Team and Finance on projects as needed.

Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
An excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented
Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups
Experience in Salesforce a plus, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or DMP.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5+ years of experience in digital media analysis role, preferably in a retail marketing/analytics environment
Experience with SEM/PPC, SEO optimization, Display campaigns and keyword analysis, A/B testing, traffic segmentation and entrance/exit path analysis
Ability to communicate and relay technical requirements to marketing team & IT for execution
Experience working in Google Analytics as administrator or power user is required
Physical Demands
