HR/Communications Intern (Summer 2020) (Finance)

Responsibilities
Learn the organization's policies, processes, products and/or services and perform duties and responsibilities based on the incumbent's functional work assignment. Acquire industry knowledge. Apply educational knowledge, skills and abilities to complete work assignments. Receives close supervision with regular checks on progress and verification of completeness and accuracy of work. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: The successful candidate may either be a recent Graduate, currently attending college in their Senior year, or pursuing their Masters or Advanced degree. Course of study may be in HR or Communications. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. It is beneficial if a candidate has a working knowledge of HR and/or Communication processes. PC skills are essential - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Candidates must be able to reside in the Boise area in the summer of 2020.
