Gymnastics Instructor (Finance)
Minimum 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with children leading recreational activities
Minimum of one year leading youth gymnastics classes
Demonstrate knowledge of instructing gymnastics
Ability to teach independently to follow rules and safety procedures
Applicants must be high-energy, hardworking and committed to making a difference
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
Plan, implement, and lead a weekly program that includes the theme, all core programs and special events
Oversee and participate with participants during all large and small group activities
Greet parents and children and communicate gymnastics policies and guidelines
Communicate effectively and exhibit professional attitude with all other staff, parents and children
May be required to work hours outside of normal work schedule for staff meetings, training's, extended program hours, or association events
