Environmental Project Task Leader (Finance)
•Data analysis
•Manage regulatory correspondences and other project documentation
•Assistance with preparation of work plans
•Preparation, tracking, communication, and obtaining purchase orders and subcontracts
•Field activity planning and coordination
•Invoicing support
•Project H&S metrics tracking and reporting
•Frequent communication with staff and project managers from several different office locations
Key attributes:
•Strong computer skills including a high level of competence with Excel, Outlook, and Word
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of audiences both internal and external.
•Must be agile, flexible, and capable of efficiently completing assignments by working independently and in teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
•Must be motivated to pursue tasks presented and multi-task
Required Qualifications
•Degree in Geology, Engineering, or Science related discipline; additionally, a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related degree would also be considered
•2-3 years experience
Preferred Qualifications
•OSHA 40 Hour and updated 8 Hour Refresher training
•Experience with digital data collection
