Inside Sales Coordinator (Sales)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inside Sales Coordinator will facilitate the sales process for all five of its member materials companies. Following the direction of the Vice President of Materials, the Inside Sales Coordinator will achieve the assigned goals and demonstrate a commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity, passion and respect for the Company and its associates.ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE
· Manage the quoting process
· Manage the material certification and submittal process
· Coordinate written correspondence with customer base
· Facilitate the credit and accounts receivable process in coordination with Accounting
· Manage and have an expert understanding of the software management program
· Oversee and assist as needed with the daily ticket edit process to ensure pricing is correct
· Assist in resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service
· Manage and build account portfolio
· Confer with superintendents, technical personnel or other departments to coordinate activities
· Maintain excellent customer relations by acting in a professional and courteous manner
· Lead by example that safety is the number one priority
· Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or GED required
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· 5+ years of administrative experience in a sales environment, preferably in related industry (construction, aggregates, concrete, asphalt)
