Peer Specialist (Finance)
High School Diploma required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education highly preferred
Must Haves:
One year related experience if no Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Personal Recovery time
Basic knowledge of the Recovery Model
Must have a valid Indiana Driver's License
Must be able to provide Aspire Indiana with current auto insurance upon hire
Must have a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
Background Checks:
Employment is contingent on background checks as required by Aspires policies which may include: Drug Test, Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Employment Verification, Education verification, and Professional References.
Other:
Vaccinations as recommended by the CDC for healthcare workers are highly preferred. Written documentation (vaccine record) or titres (blood testing) may be needed to determine immunization status.
