Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Finance)
Cherokee Nation Businesses - Federal Solutions, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment effort for several lines of business. The candidate be responsible for administrative duties (outlined below) required at various stages of our recruitment process and will report to one of our business sector Talent Acquisition Leads. This position will be located in Tulsa, OK.

SUMMARY
This position will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the recruitment and placement process, assisting in managing the flow of candidates. This will include assisting recruiters in posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating and tracking background checks and drug screening, validating documentation and answering candidate questions. This position will also assist in preparing recruitment metrics and other administrative support as required by the recruiting team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or other related field and 0 to 2 years of recruiting support or other HR function experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The duties of this position are primarily performed in a climate controlled office environment. Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required.
