The Currency Technology Office has an opening for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). The preferred location will be Richmond, VA, however, remote candidates and candidates located in Cleveland, OH and San Francisco, CA will also be considered (if selected, there would be an increased travel requirement for candidates in these additional locations).
Job Summary:
Participates in the Customer Relationship function in the Richmond Currency Technology Office; including the 24/7 customer hotline and other customer support and consultative services for all 28 Federal Reserve Bank cash departments.
