Recruiting Coordinator (Project Management)




We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. This role will focus on the overall branch recruitment strategy focusing both on recruiting & on-boarding. Primary focus is to strategically source candidates through recruiting websites, career fairs, college recruiting, job ads/postings, ad-hoc recruiting events and track all activity. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the branch's overall recruitment strategy, recruiting tools and current marketplace observations in order to leverage opportunities. This individual will also manage Smartsheet study tracks for all candidates in the study phase.

We expect the ideal candidate to have the following:

  • Extensive recruitment experience
  • Experience with a variety of recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
  • Committed to furthering our company's reach
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and procedures
  • Strong networking and referral building skills
  • Excellent sourcing, selection, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience managing stakeholders (internal or external)
  • Familiarity with pertinent recruiting tools
  • Highly organized and thorough

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
