Personnel Administrator (Finance)
The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and maintaining personnel-related operations within Hillman Cancer Center. This involves SPAR modifications, tracking and projecting of efforts in Excel as well as monitoring effort certification statements in the University's online Effort Reporting system, and working with internal and external contacts to confirm personnel information for individuals associated with Hillman Cancer Center research.
The incumbent needs a business/finance related degree and a minimum of one year experience in a financial setting. Concentration in Human Resources desired. Incumbent must be extremely organized and able to use basic functions in Microsoft Office products.
