Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Analytic Education and Partnerships (SMAEP) is a strategic role within the HORNE REDi Healthcare Analytics Division. This working manager sets the direction for analytic education within HORNE's REDi division. The SMAEP holds overall responsibility for envisioning, communicating, and implementing the strategy for how to identify, train and grow analytic engineers in rural communities. Additionally, the SMAEP leads data literacy campaigns for consumers of analytics in underserved communities. Working with the Senior Manager of Healthcare Analytic Engineering and Growth, the SMAEP also co-develops the career track for REDi analytic engineers and associated analytic job families.
The SMAEP role is a strategic position on a cross functional leadership team. The desired individual has experience as an analytic leader working across multiple functional areas in healthcare, government, and the private sector. The SMAEP will spend most of their time up-leveling the analytic expertise of REDi staff and simultaneously increasing data literacy in communities. A smaller portion of dedicated time will be devoted to collaborating with other Senior Managers on business development and operations. This position requires up to 35% travel.
