Contact Center Associate (Administrative)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Provide member phone service for XFCU on a nationwide level. Cross-sell XFCU financial products and services to members and potential members. Assist with member transactions and account resolutions. Resolve account problems. Complete assigned projects.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
H.S. or Associate degree preferred
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team. Communication skills including written, oral, and presentation skills are required. Must be able to perform complex analysis and produce professional documentation with recommendations. A strong bias for action is essential.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to compute rates, ratios and percents, draw and interpret graphs, and accurately extrapolate probable outcomes from sampled data.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet, to moderately noisy, where automated equipment is in operation. It is a non-smoking environment.
