Eng Supp Specialist I (Finance)

You'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. This is a new position and so it will be key to engaging all lab functions in order to develop a robust and sustainable management Operating System (MOS) that adds value to our labs, improves efficiency, and reduces cost. A successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of organization and coordination skills. These will be required for this position and team to be successful.

• Associate's degree or equivalent post-high school education that provides knowledge of business administration, coordination, planning. 3 years of related experience is acceptable in lieu of an Associate's degree.
• Demonstrated spirit of ownership through the interview process
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.

• Managing the calendar for the Sr. Director of ETS
• Event planning for ETS
• Office supply management
• New hiring on-boarding support
• Travel planning and expense reports when needed for the staff
• CARS requests (site access)
• Facility / site tour planning & support
• Tracking key asset location and status (e.g. our golf carts and lab trucks, etc.)
• Peripheral support for the VP of E&PS Engineering
• Responsible for supporting relationships with customers, suppliers, internal resource providers, and E&PS leadership
• Coordinates with peer leaders across Aerospace Technologies as needed
• Creates an environment where individual and team accomplishments are valued and rewarded. Intellectually challenges using innovation and creativity
