NVIDIA is looking for a SOC Design Methodologies Engineer with proven hardware design and methodology expertise to join our world-class team to help amplify human creativity and intelligence.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and deploy in-house tools and workflows to support engineering business units across NVIDIA.
- Take ownership of tools that generate common design blocks used in all products, such as auxiliary RTL logic for design-for-test, safety/resiliency, and power-saving logic .
- Act as a "DevOps" engineer for RTL automation by developing new features and maintaining efficient operations for existing users.
- Collaborate closely with front-end RTL designers and back-end library engineers to provide daily technical support.
- Build new workflows and methodologies to ensure smooth integration into various IP development environments.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of proven experience preferred
- Proficiency in software engineering for large systems using modern Python.
- Solid understanding of fundamental digital design concepts with hands-on experience in Verilog .
- Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and Makefiles.
- Experience in verification , Perl, and compiler concepts is a plus.
- Strong ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and effectively communicate technical details.

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
