Business Analyst, Senior - Salesforce (Information Technology)

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst, Senior to support the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for our Administration Office in Irvine, California. Summary:

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Technology Services – Applications Solutions Systems in a multi-faceted, multi-location academic setting, the Business Analyst, Senior is responsible for analyzing, developing, maintaining, and supporting the Salesforce environment to meet the diverse business needs for American Career College, West Coast University and Shared Services. 

• The Business Analyst, Senior – Salesforce brings extensive knowledge of, and experience with, evaluating and solving business challenges by collecting, reviewing, analyzing information to make sound recommendations.
• Serves in a leadership role across the full project lifecycle for multiple projects, from analyzing reporting requirements to architecting, designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting users on solutions that meet those requirements. 
• Applies proven communication, analytical, technical and problem solving skills to help ensure project deliverables are met according to specifications.
• Adheres to established department policies and procedures, and provides excellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization.

• Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent working experience. 
• Five plus years previous experience designing, architecting, developing, implementing, supporting and integrating business solutions.
• Three plus years previous hands-on leadership in design, architecture, implementation and deployment of application solutions platforms.
• Experience working with directly with business leadership developing business requirement and creating the associated documentation
• Three plus years' previous experience as a business analyst on Salesforce CRM.
• Salesforce Administration and/or Development Certificate strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management and associated tools including Jira, MS Project, and Visio. 
• Experiencing designing and delivering business reports within the Salesforce platform
