Pre-Sales is responsible for working on new sales opportunities by presenting/demonstrating the Nice Nexidia products and their value proposition to prospective and existing clients across multiple industries.
JOB SUMMARY
Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (PSC) are product specialists and the primary providers of support to the Sales Team throughout the sales cycle, but especially part of the pre-sales process. PSCs are responsible for giving product demonstrations and managing proof of concept (POC) engagements for qualified prospective clients. As such, PSC's are required to engage with the client to scope out the POC's, be product experts and give product demonstrations, answer client questions about product features/benefits and architecture, and present the results/output of the POC highlighting the proof points for the specific opportunity.
PSCs may lead teams of Senior Business & Business Analysts working across multiple managed analytics projects, in a variety of industries. The role is responsible for ensuring that highest quality work products are delivered as part of client engagements including: working with client and internal general managers, executives, and team members to outline and fulfill analytical business requirements and meet customer expectations based on defendable business intelligence. Responsibilities also include: working with key stakeholders in other parts of the organization to inform and provide guidance on Contracts and SOW's, customer training, influence Product Development of potential product enhancements and provide Marketing with Customer Success Stories.
