Job Description
Supports existing administrative team at State Street Associates. Performs work within established guidelines and according to specific procedures. Resolves problems of moderate complexity before referring to immediate supervisor.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
·Manage inventory maintenance
·Assist admin team with day to day responsibilities and management of house
·Process and file NDAs
·Create new electronic filing system
·Bind presentations
·Provide back up to staff as needed
