Job Description
Primary Function of Position
As a member of the manufacturing engineering team, you will work in a dynamic, fast paced, and challenging environment. You will be responsible for supporting production of Da Vinci Surgical Robotic systems by applying your knowledge of system engineering including software, and electromechanical assemblies to perform failure analysis and repair of our systems. Your goal will be to improve customer experience through improvements in the reliability, manufacturing yield, and design improvements of these surgical systems.
Essential Job Duties
This position is a dynamic technical systems-focused role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to present and drive continuous improvement to processes, products, and systems. This role covers Failure Analysis, Repair, and Test of components in surgical systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target base compensation ranges are listed.
Base Compensation Range Region 1: $99,500 USD - $134,700 USD
Base Compensation Range Region 2: $84,600 USD - $114,400 USD
