Job Description
Job Summary:
Performs functions associated with backend wafer production operations in the DPT lab, including: die mounting and measuring operation of FTIR system, thinning, demounting, solvent cleaning & inspection of InSb, InGaAs, VisGas & SLS devices, and operation of multi-axis lathe system for thinning. Skill set should include familiarity with manual and automated wafer processing equipment, CNC machining with set-up and offset capability and understanding of G code, data entry in EXCEL, SPC, inspection, chemical handling, and good manual dexterity with tweezers to handle delicate mechanical parts. Use of electronic travelers (CAMSATR) to track WIP. Work environment is clean room/laboratory.
