In this role supporting the Cardiovascular group you will play an integral part in promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing on-site maintenance and repair of company and customer's equipment. You will contribute to revenue objectives through the sale of service agreements, parts and accessories to customers within an assigned territory and assist in customer problem resolution for equipment usage and service products.
A Day in the Life
§ You will provide efficient, effective repair and inspection of Medtronic equipment and equipment of designated partners of Medtronic
§ You will perform administrative duties to include service reports, contracts, market analysis and special reports
§ You will manage company assigned assets including spare parts inventory, service loaners, test equipment, computers and vehicle
§ You will act as a technical consultant for developing and nurturing customer relations as a liaison between the customer and Medtronic
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
You will have a high school diploma and 2+ year electronics degree/certification or military electronic certification as well as 2+ years in field service of medical devices, aerospace or other highly regulated environment.
Nice to Have
§ Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or Business
§ Understanding of hospital operating room etiquette
