Napa Valley Care Center is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional therapy services to our residents. Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services as directed by licensed Physical Therapists
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Support patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
- Document progress and communicate effectively with care teams
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises
Qualifications:
- Current California Physical Therapy Assistant license (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
- Skilled at motivating and encouraging patients
