Intern #1:
Project Goal:
Implement on-line test request form and database. Perform initial study for database warehousing of test group data.

Expected Learning Outcome: Testing requests and test data are currently stored in a Windows directory structure. Would like to automate testing requests with an on-line form and store these requests in a searchable database. Study existing test group data that spans many different types of testing protocols (different inputs, outputs, meter types, etc.) and perform feasibility study on database warehousing all the test group data.
Intern #2:
The Innovation team is a part of the Micro Motion Marketing organization. This team is responsible for seeking out customer needs for new innovative products, prototyping, and demonstrating proof of concept of value for formal development processes. It rather similar to R&D, but with more focus directly on customers and new white space.
The summer project would involve exploring customer needs for an add-on user interface keypad that would be used in conjunction with our equipment. Overall scope would be:
