Customer Experience Professional (Finance)



As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be accountable for resolving complex inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our operations. Your expertise and dedication to customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations.

In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by providing timely and effective technical solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will report directly to ISC Customer Service AMER Leader and you'll work out of our factory in Houston, TX on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve complex inquiries and technical issues for our customers
  • Provide exceptional technical support and expertise for our IA solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct training sessions for team members and customers when needed
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Handle returns, warranty and quality inquiries
  • Work corrective actions with affiliates on failed order

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer support or a related role in a business office culture
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
