Research and Listings Specialist
The Research and Listings Specialist is responsible for leading the Firm's awards and listings process by preparing submissions for the Firm's legal directories and research guides (i.e. Chambers, Legal 500 and other Firm-wide and practice specific directories, league tables and surveys) in order to increase the number of attorneys and Firm practice areas that are identified and ranked as industry leaders.
A successful Research and Listings Specialist will be a self-starter who is skilled in managing research, projects and logistics. The Research and Listings Specialist must be comfortable working with attorneys and marketing professionals at all levels of the Firm and multitasking multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
The Research and Listings Specialist reports to the Senior Communications and Public Relations Manager and is expected to adhere to all Firm policies and procedures in addition to maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters.
