What You'll Do:
Use data and experience to drive proposals and decision-making for the company, gaining buy-in from stakeholders
Be a thought leader for business operations, emphasizing proactive actions including acquisitions, strategic fundraising, and workforce planning with HR
Become an authority in MachineMetrics and the trusted advisor to the team and our partners
Manage the financial planning processes including preparation and delivery of forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
Meet with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the Board of Directors
Maximize current business processes for financial sustainability and growth
Innovate ways to maximize profit while maintaining a quality experience for our customers and employees
Be hands-on in all financial operations, including contract review, billing (AP/AR), financial statements, tax reporting, etc.
What You'll Have:
A positive, forward-thinking mindset, able to collaborate with different teams throughout the organization
Ability to make decisions efficiently and with integrity, in a high-pressure environment
10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in SaaS
Experience in leading multiple series funding rounds
Clear and articulate communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
Ability to strategize at the 30K-foot level as well as work with the details
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Requirements:
Experience scaling startups in a tech environment
Demonstrated experience in strategic raising and management of series funding
Agile policy and procedure development
A valid driver's license, passport, ability to travel without restriction, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Bonus if you have:
CPA highly desirable
Manufacturing, heavy equipment, plant industry, etc. experience
